Greene County Abstract and Title Company has paper and computer copies of Greene County real estate records dating back over 100 years. A unique aspect is the security provided by a large walk-in vault which houses many of the paper records. Many of the local surveyors, appraisers, and realtors use these records when needing to locate a deed to a specific property.
The lawfirm and title company provide closing services for many banks, mortgage lenders, realtors, and individuals. Upon request and advance notice, we also allow other attorneys to use our facilities for depositions, closings, conferences, and legal research.
